Some areas like the stove and bathroom was dirty

The service at the hotel was excellent — they gave me a warm welcome and were very easy to communicate with, as were the attendants and the building manager. They handed me the keys smoothly and without any hassle. I arrived early, and they kindly allowed me to check in at 1:30 p.m., even though the official check-in time is 2 p.m. The location is perfect — it’s within walking distance to uShaka Marine and close to the sea, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

However, when I got to the room, it wasn’t what I expected. The cushions had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and I couldn’t put my clothes in the closet because of the odor. The extra duvet also smelled strongly of urine, so I couldn’t use it. Because of this, I wasn’t able to sleep there the following night and ended up staying at a friend’s place with my daughter.

We didn't have a bin for the bathroom only brought on Thursday when they cleaned our room and we only had one tissue and only on the day when they cleaned the room. Some remote control didn't have batteries and had to change around to use the remote control. Windows and sliding doors were very dirty including window seals. We had one glass for drinking water the other glass was for drinking sherry. One pot was dirty as if it was just used for frying. freezer had ice in it. No mops around.
