Spinnaker 201

Just can’t get enough of the view!! Good communication with the host, we also had a cleaner come once as we stayed for a week. Great to have hangers and a place to hang laundry. Kitchen was well equipped even if you wanted to do some cooking. We also enjoyed being nearby uShaka with the shops and activities.

Location, surroundings. Oceanside, beach, the Promenade next door. The Ushaka Marine could be seen from the balcony. Huge balcony, oceanview, big rooms. Comfortable. Nice experience to stay in an apartment on the 20th floor with oceanview, a big balcony and full of windows. We loved it.

Weak light in the rooms, especially in the bathroom.

We were comfortable and enjoyed our view.

The narrow parking but there was a second one for the unit which was better and easy to park the bakkie

From the building manager Chris, to the security team, to Jabu our house keeper everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our stay was comfortable, we felt at ease at all times while feeling at home. It was the ideal place for my family and I to enjoy our holiday and the apartment made us feel like we were on holiday. Thank you Stuart & Jessica and your entire team. We will be back soon.

The view was decent but that was about it.

Firstly the parking bay is stuck in a corner. There is always a big car parked making your parking a little challenging as it's a small bay. The couch in the living room was broken and we were unable to sit on it as it felt that you would fall through. The layout is bad- the toilet is smack bang next to kitchen and the bathroom has no ventilation. The room had a big hole in the ceiling. Cutlery and crockeryou were very standard, with broken glassware still on the shelves. No attention to detail was placed in this apartment. Very cramped, broken items. The owner was informed and an apology did come through so yeah that was appreciated.

The view is AMAZING,you have the best of both.Ushaka Marine infront and the Harbour entrance on your right. BEAUTIFULL!!

Everything was amazing from the view to the staff and so on.

The parking was unfortunately confusing at first. Details in the beginning would have helped. Eventually figured it out. Only one bathroom. 2 toilets would have been a little better but we managed just fine.

Host Jessica was very friendly, contactable and helpful.

Was not easy firstly locating the parking bay (low lighting)and then no clear direction on which lift to use to access the apartment. Also wifi in the apartment was unstable at times - so was difficult for speeds needed to work from home.

First, the hospitality. Jessica was very accommodating and friendly. She assisted me with everything I approached her. I liked how she allowed us to book in early. We had a Conner apartment with a breath taking view from every angle...the building was just a 3min walk to the ushaka marine world. The bedrooms are spacious and have a great view of the sea and harbour as well. Beds were comfortable. The apartment has air cons throughout the rooms, DStv and a very fast wifi. I really liked the quietness, there was no noise in the building at all. The security was very helpful and never let us wait at the door. Otherwise we really had a great stay

The sofas are uncomfortable they are a bit wear out and need maintenance.
