The pools and views were lovely

Cleaning staff were very noisy from 7.30am everyday. Total disregard for the guests that were asleep. Bathroom light burnt out and no back up was put in place for the situation as it was a privately owned unit. Was an inconvenience. Everytime we passed a guard, even the same one we were asked to produce the access bands which we always had on us. Became a cumbersome. We were told we could keep them in our bag.

Debra was fantastic.

The resort staff however were less than friendly. I guess this may have been due to Rage 2025, but it was not necessary to assume that all teenagers behave badly. Due to late nights, the apartment could not be serviced everyday. We were also surprised to be charged R60 for toilet paper, only 3 rolls. If we knew that, we would have purchased along with our other supplies.

The apartment was spacious, clean & well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable & shower was nice & hot with good pressure.
