The staff was super friendly, perfect location and the place is amazing, extremely clean 👌

Owner is fabulous and the staff at the property are great.

The 1 bedroom and the fact that this unit was upstairs but next time I will book a downstairs unit. Other than that it was lovely.

We loved the location and the facilities at the Hotel and the fact that one could gain access to the beach and the walking trail.

The room was functional and beautifully furnished with the right amount of cupboards, the bathroom was small and a bit difficult for 2 adults and a child.

The pools, the outside gardens and proximity to the beach, everything outside was breathtaking

Staff can improve their communication and attitude especially when dealing with young adults, the staff seemed irritated when kids requested towels balls and so forth

We loved the position of the resort. Early morning walks on the promenade and exploring Umhlanga.

Our unit 219 need some maintenance. The rest of the resort also needs some serious attention. We had a treatment done at La vie spa and we could only laugh. The massage beds made noises, the floors were dirty. No amount of specials can save them. I feel very sorry for the staff of the spa and resort. They try hard but everything felt run down since the last time we were there 3 years ago.

Kids holiday program was great. Amazing reptile show !

Some signage reminding guests of noise levels in hallways may be helpful. Watch out for the naughty monkeys 🐒
