I loved the sea view and the modernity of the apartment. Facilities were also great. Everything was provided including washing powder. The apartment is spacious and very neat. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Close to Ushaka marine world and the beach.

The security door was hard to open. The shower drain was slow. The shower does not have a fan so there is moguls build up. I don’t think the blankets place in the sitting room cabinet were washed. The noise from other tenants.

I loved everything about the place. One it was affordable. Two the location was perfect, it had everything we needed and could easily move around to site see the places. The apartment was just perfect

Close to the beach and to the ushaka marine world. The view from the appartment is nice. It was confortable and people were helpfull.

Not appropriated to people scared of heights (ninth floors)

Receptionist demanded R100 for parking on Friday even though I expained to him that Room 903 have free parking. Manager also demanded R200 on Saterday morning also for parking. wrong They gave me wrong parking number 29. All my cry fell on deaf ears. I want my refund. My number is 072 369 0464.

Location was exactly where they said it was and had parking. Apartment had everything my family needed

We had to fix the bathroom handle as it didn't open from the inside, and we had to wait longer for the parking gate to be opened. That was irritating
