"Great Location Run down apartment."

Location

Location was great, but the accommodation, apt.14B was run down, mould, filthy furniture, broken cupboards, just very poorly kept. Walls dirty, doors dirty. Bathroom had slippery cheap rugs, safety hazzard, no complimentary shampoos, soaps , etc. Poor communication of letting agent. Took over 48hrs to respond to requests.

Excellent vallue for money! Great apartment, great view & great localization. The owner has been very understanding and flexible (we arrived very late dur to a mechanical issue). I recommend 100%

The apartment was clean and comfortable. When we needed anything, we were able to contact the manager and all issues were sorted very quickly.
