Area nice and quiet , restaurants nearby and close to many places of interest. Appartment, neat , tidy and clean.

I could not make contact with the keyholder by phone or text and when they didnt arrive at appointed time or notify of delay, I thought I had been scammed, and would have to look for alternative accomodation.

The location was ideal, it was right next to the red line (linha vermilla) which was a straight shot from the airport. The facilities were all in perfect working order and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The only improvement I would make is to add a clothesline for people to hang up clothing after using the washing machine.

very noisy (from the bedroom we hear a lot the noise from outside, as if the windows are opened) old furniture not much kitchen utensils or glasses

The apartment was located in a non-tourist area, so we benefited from mingling with locals, finding excellent hideaway restaurants, didn't have the noise and nervous energy of tourist-dense areas. The staff was in communication with us. The apartment was spacious, had all the amenities we were looking for (kitchen, ref, washing machine, coffee maker), pots and pans, dishes, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filter; cleaning supplies. We had a comfortable stay.

Perhaps better cooking pots and pans - every apartment suffers from this limitation. Replace if cracked, deformed, worn out. Otherwise, we were fully satisfied with our experience.
