FLH Intendente Modern Apartment

The apartment is near to the city center, 15-20 minutes by walk. You can find some restaurants, bakery and also a Lidl. they have a washing machine which can be used.

The neighborhood and the house itself is extremely loud, as there are several other airbnb flats in the same building, also the walls are really thin you can hear every steps from the flat above and from the street. The flat needs a really deep cleaning, it used to be a nice one but nowdays there are several issues - walls are dirty, bathroom is dirty, furniture damaged ( bed in the smaller room) the dishwasher is out of order ( there is a paper on it saying this is not working... as the paper is already yellowish and damaged this is not a new issue...) the issue with the hot water is also still ongoing, sometimes there is no hot water in the flat at all. The kitchen could be great in case there will be more kitchenware. I would recommend to book it only for 4 people, as the extra bed (which is a sofa) in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, no one would like to spent even a night on it.

Loved the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with patio. Great value. Easy access to metro line for site seeing. Lidl supermarket nearby and lovely local restaurant Cova Funda.

Had a problem with electric initially. Smart meter seemed to be wattage controlled. So 3 small electric heaters ok but then use a kettle or microwave as well and it caused power out. Problem was not on apartment panel but down in basement. Luckily my husband an electrician!

Hot water wasn`t running constant. Need to be fixed.

the dishwasher was out of order and one of the doors onto the terrace would not lock.

The location was noisy but was to be expected due to its central location. The appartement was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

There were serious issues with the hot water which would constantly run out while taking a shower. The showers in particular were dirty. There was mould and hair evident. The appartement was hot as there was no air conditioning and the fans provided were full of dust.

Just the limited amount of toilet rolls but not a big issue
