What is advertised on Booking.com, and what we recieved on arrival, was completely different, eg. Photos of rooms & beds, no secure parking, noise pollution from marine parking is excessive. We felt unsafe with the surroundings. The host at reception at first had no idea of our booking and only after 10min of phoning around and asking questions, he apparently found our booking. After I paid the deposit fee, I was shown the facilities, were I decided to cancel. I would appreciate further investigation from Booking.com and ultimedly a refund as we didn't even remove luggage from our vehichle and therefore had to find alternative accomodation.
