We had to walk around to find cleaning staff for clean towels but were told they do not service our floor

"DREAMLAND ,307 POINT BAY."

Accessibility, location, security, cleanliness, SMANGELE known as SMA who attended to our apartment was exceptional, received us, guided us to our parking bay, room explained everything, was polite, and super friendly , Zama was on WhatsApp with us and communicated with us. Loved our stay, would love to return. HOME OUR FROM HOME. View exceptional

The shower pressure was extremely low, water came out slowly, shower was tedious and slow.Needs to be attended too. Otherwise NO OTHER ISSUES.
