Vita Portucale ! Concept Apartment Campo Ourique

La zona , vistas y limpieza fue muy buena . El personal muy amable y el apartamento es amplio .

Estaba muy deteriorado y anticuado por todas partes ( muebles , ducha etc) , la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien y había partes que quedaban abiertas y se salía el Agua , el secador de pelo al enchufarlo empezó a oler a quemado , y algunas zonas estaban oxidadas y en mal estado . Faltaban algunos elementos importantes en la casa y en la vajilla . Al ser un ático hacía bastante calor , solo tenía ventiladores sin aire acondicionado , y justo en nuestra estancia ha hecho bastante calor en Lisboa . Sillón cama muy muy incómodo El resto de camas cómodas .

El pis de dalt estava bé, comode, i cuidat i molt net El pis de baux més o menys el mateix pero feia molt humitat

El pis de dalt: faltava olles i estris de cuina grans, vaietes i coses de neteja de la cuina i general del pis El pis de baix: faltaven plats, vasos justos. Hi havia molta humitat i paneroles. Faltava algun tipus de reixa per protegir el pis del carrer. Les parets son molt fines i sense fer soroll ja molestes

We don’t recommend this place .We had to wait 4 hours outside the apartment until a man that was doing construction let us in. We had no where to go because we came straight from the airport at 6:30 am .They told us they the cleaning crew was only coming at 11:00 am . They should have made an exception for us since we had nowhere to go .We wanted a SAFER Location, we were afraid to go for walks , looked like we were in an Harlem . Our apartment was in the 4 th floor and they did not specify it when we booked . I have asthma and 3 of us have back problems. There was no one to help us with our luggage 😡 A resident that lived there kept opening his door and giving us dirty looks every time we entered the apartment.planks of wood were lifted and we kept hooking our feet on the lifted boards . Sent emails only got answered a few days later . As far as the tourist taxes we paid 4 euros per person a night and on the contract it is stated 2 euros. Our bed had no mattress covers and pillows did not look clean . The couches were all dirty with stains on them that we had to put our towels on them and no note telling us if we needed to contact them for an emergency except a number a a woman that I couldn’t get in touch with . I was the one who booked and I felt responsible and so sad that my friends were so DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The accommodation had good 2 beds, but we booked for 5 people and it is not possible to sleep on the sofa.

I was texting the host about these things and he didnt do anything about it so just for you to know: 1. there is only one horrible pan, no knives, one little pot so you can’t cook there 2. everything was dirty- the dishes, the counters, the fridge 3. there is horrible smell, like mold or dead animal in the flat 4. mold in the shower 5. it is located near the slums 6. very noisy area (not host fault, just for you to know) 7. holes in the walls 8. uncomfortable sofa 9. communication is horrible, we couldn’t reach the host for 2 days and he is always “busy” and doesn’t pick the phone when the booking is calling also 10. roaches in the hall before entry to the flat 11. damaged floor 12. the doors don’t close properly so they are slamming when you have windows open 13. no trash bags, enough toilet paper not even broom, we needed to buy that 14. the property has not seen vacuum even from express train For the price it was horrible experience and they are denying compensation. It actully partially ruined our stay because we were five and we only had 4 spots for sleeping. I wouldn’t wish the sofa to my biggest enemy. The vibes with the host weren’t good and he was not nice. I thought this horrible situations were only in films and staged videos but this proves me wrong. I recommend to choose different accommodation if you don’t want to be in ghetto part of the town and live in the mold and dirt. If you want go ahead and book this.

Dirty kitchen utensils, moldy bathroom full of dirt and grim Squeaky beds, loud airplanes, told the management but they just said they’ll inform the cleaners.

There were everything we needed. We arrived early, the staff let us put our luggage into house at 11:00am, so we can visit some places.
