Alfama Terrace Apartment With Authentic XVIII Tiles And Historic Notes 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms AC

This apartment was so beautiful and historic. It has a wonderful little courtyard and so many unique historic features. The location is amazing at the top of the hill right near San Jorge castle and near many artists shops.

We had difficulty getting a response from the host team. We messaged 2 different contact numbers several times and did not get a response until it was time for check out and then it was too late.

Perfect location. Apartment had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and Ana and Paulina were very helpful.

Mix up with key collection, did not receive the information needed. The 3 bedrooms all run through the other, so you have to go through a bedroom to get to the next. This apartment was CRAZY expensive, and the price did not match the apartment. I do not expect to go through my elderly parents bedroom to get to main part of the apartment. As the bedrooms were effectively corridors to next room, there was only 1 bedside table in each room. The plug inns used as air fresheners were over powering and caused allergies. This place would be great if priced appropriately but when paying over €400 a night for 3 of us, you expect a lot more than this apartment.

This apartment could not have been better. The location was steps away from some of the most amazing views in the city and within walking distance to the castle, great restaurants, and many other sites. The apartment itself was beautiful and communication with the management (Paulina and Ana) was very good. They provided timely check in information as well as helpful information regarding local sites, places to eat, and helped us arrange transportation from the airport and offered baggage storage which we didn't need but it was a nice option. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Lovely and well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. I particularly liked the private patio. it was simply perfect for our trip.

it is hard to think of negatives but if I had to I would say that for 4 people for 5 nights we could have used more toilet paper. We bought some nearby, no problem.
