The bathroom light flickered

I adored this apartment! It was beautiful, bright and airy. There was aircon which was perfect for the summer heat. Also had a great location, within walking distance to Amoreiras shopping centre and easy access to the city centre. Our host, Kellen, communicated with us clearly and was always responsive.

Great location, very clean. Sitting room AC was decent. Bedrooms were a decent size. Check in host stayed really late to let us in, our flight was terribly delayed. That was super nice.

The sitting room pull out couch is faulty, but you can get round it. Making every evening a bit of a chore, setting up the bed.

Apartment is modern and spacious and very clean. Bedrooms are a good size. There are dishes, eating utensils, pots/pans and cooking utensils for guest use. Towels and shampoo are provided. Nice decorations - very warm and inviting. There is a shopping mall and grocery store close by which is very convenient. Kellen met us to hand over the key and she was very helpful to ensure that we got settled in and answer any questions about the area.

If arriving early before the check-in time, there is supposed to be a place to leave guests' luggage but it wasn't clear where that would be? Note also that guests only receive one key to the apartment, even though we were a party of four. There is a clothes washer and a dishwasher, which is great. The welcome kit contains one laundry detergent pod and one dishwasher detergent pod. We stayed six nights so we had to arrange for more laundry detergent and more toilet paper.

Great location and lovely host. Good amenities and very clean. Great for family or group trips.

Could have had more household items e.g. tissue, bin bag etc.

All was excellent...furnishings. beds, bathroom, appliances, cleanliness. Location...there were plenty of small stores, cafes, restaurants right around us. Taxis was 5-6 Euros for a mall or other sights.

Small disappointment was the deck. Very small and chairs did not look safe nor comfortable. A dryer rack inside is needed for drying clothes. And better instructions for the stove top is needed...it is an induction cook top.
