Casa Boma Lisboa - Modern and Stylish Apartment with Private Terrace - Lapa IV

It smells of humidity. It's not livable in. It's not a good place or company. I arrived midnight, left first thing and got them to agree to refund me. Not only didn't they refund as promised, they've double charged me. I am suing them and getting my refunds. Avoid at all costs.

Noise from other houses/stairs

Location is good but further from town than advertised and it is uphill coming back.

They billed me twice. Poor communication. Basement which was not clear at time of booking.

Nice and clean and comfortable

In the bath need something to put your stuff.

Big space, separate rooms, dishwasher, washing maschine. Good localisation, in the middle of center.

I didn't feel clean. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights, no one cleaned the apartment during this time. Dead insects on the floor. Some of the pillowcases and towels were dirty, hair on the pillow. Internet wasn't working properly in the bedroom.

Spacious and pretty for a basement apartment.

The passcode to the building only worked sporadically which meant I never knew if I could get into the house or not! No backup solution provided which is frankly unacceptable. Also the place is damp, all my clothes were constantly damp, and smells of mold. Staff were friendly when things were good but dismissive and unhelpful when I needed help.

basement apartment seemed damp. bathroom shower splashed onto floor, no shelving in bathroom to put anything down. only allowing occupation after 16:00 very uncomfortable for travellers that need to store baggage!

Almost everything. Nice and stylish apartment in the city centre but a bit away from all its craziness. Amazing patio and spacious kitchen! Excellent communication with the property managers, I couldn't ask for more.

This is a basement unit so it can get a bit noisy when people living upstairs are walking. It's life.
