La gentillesse et la souplesse de l’hôte. Appartement super confortable

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns optimal. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die uns auch viele Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten genannt hat.

Amelia was very nice and helpful. The flat was comfortable and nice.

Location was about as good as it gets. Close to everything, including my favorite Lisbon restaurant Cervejaria Ramiro. The neighborhood is authentic and charming. We felt safe at all times and at home.

If you have your own car, parking can be tricky. If you park during daytime business hours no problem. Evening be prepared to spend some time looking for a spot.

The house is lovely, very clean, fully equipped with everything needed for a family and a baby & nicely decorated. There are 3 ACs in 2 bedrooms & the living room, which all worked well. Amelia - the host was very friendly, she even gave us detailed recommendations/commuting guides via WhatsApp before our stay. She was not there during our stay, so all the communication we had was with Bruno, he was very responsive in terms of communication. The highlight for me of the house is its backdoor balcony from the kitchen, which gives access to only other residents, so it was safe. From there, in the evening, I went outside to get some evening breezes and listen to other residents playing some acoustic music. The vibes were so chill and lovely.

- We arrived at around 12:30 to drop our luggage and pick up the keys first. Since we were traveling with a baby, we asked to check in early, and they said the cleaning would take another hour, so we could come back by then. However, at 13:30, we came back and it was still not ready, and the cleaning was only completed at around 14:30. - The neighbor upstairs was making very loud noises during the day, in the afternoon, and also late at 11 pm, which made our baby unable to sleep. Despite Bruno's help in contacting the neighbor's landlord, we still had to come upstairs and talk to them multiple times. I guess since the apartment is baby-friendly, we gotta accept that there will be many other babies as well.
