"Molt bona ubicació i apartament net de dimensions justes."

La ubicació és perfecta al centre de la ciutat. Disposar d'ascensor és perfecte. Les instal.lacions son completes i disposes dels manuals de tots els aparells. L'estat de neteja és l'adient i els llits són còmodes. Apartament agradable per una estada no massa llarga.

Les intal.lacions estan en bon estat general amb alguna incidencia amb el tancament d'algun moble i amb el climatitzador d'una habitació. Les dimensions són en general bastant justes i un dels banys fa pared amb d'una de les habitacions arribant a sentir-se algun seroll d'aigua de la dutxa. La taula de menjador és alta de dimensions reduides i alguns dels tamborets ténen els hidraulics que no aguanten el pes d'una persona. El sofà és per un màxim de tres places.
