This place was great! Full kitchen, which for us was really important. We like having breakfasts at our BNB before heading out for the day. And our hosts had left us a couple of coffee pods for our first morning. It's right next to two major grocery stores and a couple subway stations and a CP train station so a day trip to Sintra was easy. We love having a living space/dining room in addition to the bedroom as well. We also are traveling with only a carry on so getting to do some laundry was a major win. Overall we loved this place and would stay here again next time we take a trip to Lisbon! Our hosts Elsa and Rui were sensational. Check in was smooth and simple, as was check out. They had excellent communication before we arrived. On the day we checked in, we got an email from them with roughly 30 restaurant recommendations broken down into different neighbourhoods // whether they were a rooftop patio ect. They noted which genre a food each restaurant was and some personal notes they felt compelled to add. It was incredible.

We truly liked everything about this BnB but there are a couple of things worth noting: This was not a con for us, but is a 30 min subway ride away from downtown. We had subway pass and come from a city with a subway system so we didn't mind this at all, but it's worth noting if you want to be right in the historic center every day. Again this is not a con for us, but it is very close to the airport (literally an 8 min uber which is sweet) BUT that means you have lots of plane noise. Again we come from a big city and live in a very dense area so we're very used to street noise so we didn't care, but if you come from a rural area where you are used to quiet, it's worth nothing.

The apartment is a hidden gem in-between two different tube stations. On one side is Alvalade with its special atmosphere and Entrecampos is on the other side. Both are literally 2 min walk. Its clean and comfortable. Kitchen provides all necessary utensils. Shower is of a good size and rather powerful. Bed was comfy. Unintrusive and very friendly hosts. What's there not to like?
