Lage sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer kleinen Altstadtgasse. Als der Wasserkocher defekt war wurde umgehend ein neuer Wasserkocher vorbei gebracht. Auch der Abfluss der Dusche wurde frei gemacht.

Die zentrale Altstadtlage hatte Vorteile aber das soziale Umfeld und Clientel war nicht so vertrauenserweckend. Wie bei den meisten zentralen Unterkünften war unser Auto im Parkhaus welches einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterließ. Gestank und natürlich auch nicht ganz billig. Koffer dann die steilen Gassen hoch tragen. In der Wohnung konnte eigentlich gar keine einzige Tür richtig geschlossen werden. Schnarchen ......

Nothing to honor price!! Pictures are a lie!! S1,900.00 for a pig dive!! I was willing to pay for it as long as it was decent!! To start area was by Monis muños drog drug-infested area!! Booking should be ashamed to advertise for this lousy place!!! Contacting Booking.com was a waste. The managers called me rude because I was being honest!! Guess is hard to hear the truth!!! Place is not even worth 300.00. 2 beds were a bit uncomfortable!! Sofa bed is falling apart!!

Everything!!! Everything was bad!!! Front door hard to open!! Many doors are not closed right not even the bathroom!!! Wood floors have holes and little crawlers coming in and out!!! The bathroom curtain had black mold i tried cleaning didn't work they changed that!!! And a fan that wasn't working was replaced. No Air conditioning!!! Should not open back windows bathroom and kitchen cause there is a walkway by the stairs any one could came in and steal all your belongings!!! No closets or dresses but I didnt see the pictures correctly!! Cancellation was going to cost me $1500.00 ridiculous!!! So i stayed but took off to Porto and stayed at a very decent apartment and stayed 2 nights so I could stay away from Lisbon. I at least deserved a reimbursement off $1400.00. And I am not longer booking with Booking.com. they are just as bad!!! I have pictures to show just how bad place is!!
