The apartment was very comfortable and our favourite spot was the deck, which has spectacular views

The second bedroom has a very small single bed, which is not really comfortable for an adult.

The view was insane. The interior was charming, though dated. Location was top notch as well! Carlos was a great property manager for us. The double balcony is really cool and sets the property apart.

It could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly but still not dirty. Also could have used more utensils and glassware (not a huge deal).

Exceptional views from all aspects of the property and great to have balconies overlooking the city and river. Large, well equipped and comfy apartment.

Not a fault of the apartment, but it is a fair distance from the centre. However, once we found that there were two lifts to get you up the hill, we had big smiley faces!

The view is insanely amazing and the sunrise from the balcony was to die for. Right inside the castle walls its a short walk to good food and amazing places to see including the downtown core and the flee market on Saturdays. I would 100% stay again.

The front door is a bit tricky to open, but not bad once you get the hang of it.

The location and the view are great. The flat is very quite and comfortable.

Kitchen utilities (pans, plates) are a bit old, one burner of the hob doesn’t work.

Great Vieaw

Not a customer friendly experience when communicating with the management company before arriving or during the stay. Simple enquirers wee met with curt replies on WhatsApp. When I needed a reminder about how to operate the old washing machine the reply was to ask if I hadn’t already been given instructions. Many small things added up to feeling place was second rate from slippery plastic floor in shower with no ledge or small shelf to put anything on, poor lighting over sink, using outlet by bed meant unplugging a small cheap bedside light, bed not so comfortable.

The view was incredible and the area was very beautiful. The beds were actually comfortable and it had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly accessible and helpful with tips and hints. My luggage was lost so they helped guide me through the washing machine controls.

There's nothing we didn't like. The only note for other travellers would be that while the location is excellent, it would be good to know that you cannot call an Uber or anything like that to the actual flat because of the castle location. Regular taxis can go up, and if you can call one, great. Note that you might have to haul yourself and your suitcase down the hill to get picked up.
