Good luck speaking to anyone if you have any problems with the apartment such as the AC not working, the wifi not working or the cleaners not showing up before you arrive. They will have an AI chatbot give you the same circular answers forever until you canl booking.com and your credit card company, them five hours later they will become aware there is a problem to be dealt with.

The AC didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the cleaners didn't show up and the place was filthy. We paid for an early check in an additional 40 euros, then had to wait past regular check in because the AI they use to communicate with all their guests wasn't sure of the cleaners were done. At no time did the cleaners ever show up. You could not reach any actual person who worked for the company to try to resolve any if these issues. Whomever manages this property should be fired and if you can't reach a real person a company shouldn't be allowed to list on this website.

LA DISTRIBUCION, SE OFERTAN TRES HABITACIONES Y DOS BAÑOS, PERO LOS BAÑOS ESTAN DENTRO DE DOS DE LAS HABITACIONES Y SON ABIERTOS, NO DISPONEN DE PUERTA DE SEPARACION CON ESTAS LA TERCERA HABITACION, SITUADA JUNTO AL SALON, NO DISPONE DE USO DE BAÑO SIN TENER QUE ENTRAR EN UNA DE LAS OTRAS HABITACIONES EN NUESTRO CASO, QUE ERAMOS TRES PAREJAS, HA SIDO BASTANTE DESAGRADABLE TENER QUE ENTRAR DE NOCHE EN UNA HABITACION OCUPADA PARA USAR EL BAÑO SIN PUERTA DE SEPARACION CON EL DORMITORIO

I am very disappointed about this accommodation: 1. The accommodation has no heating system and is cold. The only heating system is the air conditioner. It takes tens of minutes to start heating and one AC is not enough. If you power on all the ACs the electrical system is going off (you get out of lights and electricity). So there is no chance to heat the accommodation. 2. Water cockroaches are coming through the drainage system of the sink and the shower of the bathtub. It's very disgusting and you don't want to see them. The drain is not working so well and it seems to be clogged. 3. The toilet is in the same room with the bedroom which is not healthy at all! Imagine two people in the same room, one on the toilet and other in the bed. It's very very disgusting. Moreover, we found moisture and mold near the shower. 4. We found broken furniture (a chair) in the accommodation. We were going to get hurt when we used the chair and it fell apart. Overall, the only good thing is the position of the accommodation. But it is not a place where you can come with somebody.
