It was not easy to get the keys.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, very very good location.You have everything you may need regarding iron, hair dryer etc.

Low roof even for a Norma height person, heating of the room through heaters, the water in the shower got cold easily

The location and the style of the apartment are nice, simple and cute. We appreciated that there was a little balcony/terrace, which is great for breakfast in the mornings. Overall, good value for money!

The location is nice, but it's still a bit of a walk to some of the more touristy attractions, so keep that in mind. Besides that we do not have much negative to say except for the fact that it gets really warm in Summer, so a good fan or aircon would not be highly recommended.

Fab location in the old town but really quiet. Nice to have outside space and big shower. Clean and nice decoration. Easy to check in.

The place lacks light and has really low doorways especially to the terrace which my husband hit his head on a number of times.

We really liked how accessible the property is. It is in the center of Lisbon and near lots of restaurants, bars, markets and metros.

Unfortunately the hosts we're not very helpful. They only contact me the day of the checking even though I messaged them beforehand. Also, we asked for more toilet paper and laundry detergent but they never answered me. They were very absentee.

We had a major leak from unit above in kitchen in morning - had been leaking all night. Finally got kitchen cleaned and leak stopped by 3pm. I asked for a credit for the day since we had to disrupt our plans for the day but got no response from owner and host did finally respond not think we should get a refund for the day. We paid for the day and were denied the undisturbed use for the day. No windows to bedrooms - very hot. Doorways and windows very low. Around 5.8 inches. Bumped head a number of times. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each. Description did not included information of low ceiling. Also included photo of bathroom - on bookin.com website shows lovely shelving with many towels - included a photo of the reality. Could not upload of the leak unfortunately. No TV. Discovered the service was connected. (See photo). Not a big issue for us but should be working. Kitchen is well stocked and the cleaning was good.

Loved the outdoor seating area, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of four.

I'm sad that we had to leave so soon! Great spot and would visit again.
