The location is great, very close to the center. Also it is a suitable apartment for 3-4 people for a couple of days.

Maybe that there were very few sockets and no extension cables for charging our devices.

The property itself and the management are not an issue. The concern is the immediate street behind the building. It is a hidden side street where homeless people often gather, mainly because they appear to be waiting for food handouts or support services nearby. Because of this, there is frequent congregation in that small area. At times, the environment felt unsafe and poorly maintained, including visible public urination and other antisocial or illegal activities taking place at the end of the street. This made the area feel uncomfortable, especially in the evening and at night. There are also safety warnings in the property to keep doors and windows locked, and there have been burglary incidents in the past (not ongoing issues with the property itself, but part of the building’s history). Overall, the main issue is not the flat or management, but the immediate surrounding street, which felt unsafe and unpleasant to be around.

"Pasé una excelente estadía en Lisboa en este apartamento."

El apartamento es muy acogedor y esta ubicado muy cétrico. Es un poco dificil de encontrar, pero esto es debido a las características de los callejones de Lisboa. Vale la pena encontrarlo.
