Cozy flat, nicely decorated and very clean. Literarly few metres from the castle. Smalll but having all you need. Smooth entry communication. We were absolutely happy!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had all the nessecery facilities. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is located not far away from the historical part of the city on a very quite street.

A little noisy.

The place is spotless clean, very cosy and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom super equipped. Graca neighbourhood is perfect - rather quiet, old, very accesible (walking distance to Alfama) and easy to walk around. Plenty of cafes / bars/ shops / restaurants. If I ever come back to Lisbon I will definietely pick this place again! Worth to be mindful of the general humidity in the old building (and in the coastal city), so its a good idea to open windows frequently. Not causing any problems at all.

There were different commute options to go to the city center or other parts of the lisbon but the location of the property was not easy for walking around.

This flat needs huge upgrade. Everything was old and the floor choice was completely wrong for kitchen and bathroom area. There were molds everywhere and it was really hard to stay in the room because of smell. Moreover all of the sinks were clogged including the shower so it was not easy to take shower or even washing your hands/face.
