The location

The fact that not even a bottle of water or a couple of coffee pads were provided. The facility was pretty basic for the price.

"Lisbon duplex"

Nice apartment & OK location. However, it's on a main road, which is a big hill. Shopping centre 5mins walk & 15mins walk down to city centre.

Shocked by the state of the swimming pool area! No decking, did not feel safe at all & feels like a building site, so we could not use it. See photos. It is completely overlooked by offices, so it is not exactly an area you can relax in. Unfortunately due to location is it noisy at night time & so were the neighbours. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an overpowering sewer smell even with two diffusers in there. Balcony is enclosed by walls, so no views.

Easy to connect with staff and he was very helpful getting us in and settled Nice and spacious apartment, clean and comfortable Outdoor patio

No view out any windows, just of the next building next door

Very clean and nice property. Perfect kitchen and facilities. Great location.

The towels looked very used. But other things were excellent.

Host was very helpful, met us infront of apartment block, showed us where to park car and even helped us bring stuff in apartment, showed us what lisbon has to offer with the map in the apartment, access to pool was lovely as well, host was also easy contact if any queries Apartment was clean, everything you needed for your stay
