Stay in the Heart of Lisbon-Altis Suites Hotel

Great communication from our host, fantastic help from everyone we encountered at the hotel, a fabulous apartment and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Also, a great location - peaceful, but within walking distance of transport links.

I have no issues with anything, apart from the fact that the apartment was advertised as being “serviced”. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, but there was no room cleaning etc. throughout our week’s stay. Also, it wasn’t made clear on booking that there was a charge of €15 a day per person to use the pool/spa facilities in the hotel.

Like I said last year the location , staff, and the apartment size.. Also our own entrance and elevator.

No complaints.

Apartment was clean, spacious with a well stocked kitchen; kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and tea/coffee making facilities. Two sets of towels provided. Air conditioning and tv's in both the bedroom and lounge/dining area Spacious balcony with relaxing, comfortable chairs and a table. Hotel staff next door extremely helpful, safe and secure luggage storage between checkout and leaving for flight. Easy to get to from airport and in a safe area. Got a taxi for 17€. Taxi's readily available from outside hotel each day. Within walking distance from the Metro and bus services..
