Doccia non ermetica e stanza per 3 persone piccola

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy limpio todo. La cama es MUY cómoda.

No me gustó que hicieron una retención/cobro de 150 euros en caso de daños en una plataforma propia del alojamiento (fuera de booking.com), hay que meter los datos de tu tarjeta en la app de un tercero y que hagan el cargo antes, para que te puedan entregar las llaves. El cuarto no tiene privacidad, literalmente es una sala-cocina-cuarto integrado. Hay una mampara solamente que divide y que no es imposible cerrar por completo. La puerta del baño es imposible asegurarla y los rollos de papel para el baño que dejan son insuficientes. Por la noche es un poco inseguro debido a que hay personas sin hogar deambulando y durmiendo a pasos de la entrada del edificio.

L'appartamento si trova nel cuore della città di Lisbona, perfetto per visitare la città o per spostarsi con i mezzi (bus e metro sono vicinissime). Molto vicino ci sono anche i supermercati. All'interno c'è molto spazio, è ben arredato, è accogliente e si può trovare tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Staff sempre disponibile, risponde in tempi brevissimi ed è molto cordiale.

1. Bathroom door cant close properly. I read review about this. Host didnt answer to my question. Went ahead as too late to check on other accommodations. 2. Host wanted a security deposit after payment was made which was not stated earlier. 3. Water leak out from the shower which made the whole place messy. 4. We were supply with only 3 toilet rolls for 3 adults 4 nights. Read review about this but thought we can buy more if we need. Is not easy to locate for a grocery store selling toilet rolls. 5. The door for the bedroom shown on photo is just for decor. The sliding door doesnt work so no privacy. 6.The apartment is really small. 7. We booked for 3 person. We have to do up the sofa bed. Just imagine after a long flight. First time I experience we have to prepare the bed. The sofa bed is uncomfortable.

English translated instruction for operating washer/dryer (single unit) would have been helpful. It’s not a common appliance in North America and I ended up drying my laundry first, then washing it twice 🤦🏻‍♀️

They provided clear instructions about getting into the apartment but you need to have access to Whatsapp and make sure that you are aware of the instructions.
