Loved the house! It’s big, beautifully designed, and located in a perfect area. Really enjoyed my stay here

We had a great stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The location is superb – right in the center and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and many major sights. The cleanliness was very good, and the flat looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com: it was nicely decorated, spacious, full of natural light, with comfortable beds and generous room sizes.

There are a few things that could be improved. It would be helpful to have a physical key as a backup, just in case the self-check-in door code system fails (it did for us, although the team answered immediately and sent someone over, which we really appreciated but it did make us late for our birthday dinner reservation). The apartment was also a bit cold despite the electric heaters in each room. Towels were very limited—we each only had one for a 3-night stay. Additionally, one of the rooms is a family room, which might not be ideal for groups wanting full privacy. We made it work, but it meant our friend had to walk quietly through our room at night, and it’s something that would have been good to know in advance.
