Chagas 17 by Central Hill Apartments

Everything was great, except the fact that we got calls about excess noise when we weren’t even home or when we were just packing and not making any noise.

Location is central! Apartment is clean and spacious. Tomas is amazing!

Nice flat, great location. Host was great as well. The staff tried to be helpful, even though there is an ongoing conflict with one of the neighbours.

Upstairs neighbour is extremely sensitive to any sound coming from the apartment. A noise level detector is installed in the rentable apartment, because of previous conflicts with this neighbour, I can tell you, he has lost it way before our arrival. One time we were having a conversation in the street, in front of the apartment, and he came out to silence us. The detector was set very sensitive, and I kept receiving automated calls and text messages from the system, but the next day we could work it out with the host and it was reset. It is understandable, that this unfortunate guy has to fight each week with a different set of young people, but in my opinion if you don’t want young people being loud around you, you should move out of the hip area where there are a lot of pubs, clubs, cafes.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Tomas was excellent during check-in, providing helpful tips. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend your place to others.

The apartment is in a great location and is a brilliant size for large groups.

They are very serious about the level of noise that’s allowed to be made so may not be best suited for young groups who want to party.

Good, centrally placed apartment. Good communication with hosts.
