Historical Bica - 3 Bedroom Apartment

Good location.

although the place may seem tidy at first glance, in reality, the hygiene is unacceptable — even the blankets haven’t been properly changed and are full of hair. This is absolutely not okay. Also, the faucets are loose and about to fall off, and the hot water isn’t working because the tank needs replenishment. It’s completely unreasonable to pay this much for such conditions.

It looked good in pictures, but in reality, it was nothing special.

We had a very unfortunate experience at this apartment, which significantly affected our holiday mood. As soon as we walked in, there was a terrible odour. In the downstairs bedroom, the door lock was broken, the toilet tiles were cracked due to which we got hurt and the toilet door was also damaged due to which we were unable to close the door. Additionally, the bed was unstable and sliding on one side. In the upstairs room, the stairs were difficult to navigate as they were steep and provided very little space to place a foot. The ceiling was so low that it was uncomfortable to stand or walk around. Once again, the door lock for the bedroom other bedroom was broken. The shower door in the bathroom was also damaged, causing water to leak out, and there was no doormat. Only two people could enjoy a hot shower at a time before the water turned cold after that. The drawers were hard to open, and the armrest of the sofa was wobbly. Sound carried throughout the apartment; you could hear others as if they were right next to you. Overall, our experience was quite unpleasant.

The property has 3 small showers and we could only use 1 of the showers. One shower didn’t have water drainage and the other had a broken shower head. We messaged the owner/ management team on the second day of the stay and still haven’t received a response. It was six(6) adults staying at this property with only one (1) working shower.

good location, really central. the cleaning on bathroom was not really good, also, they didn’t have soap in all bathrooms and the floor was also dusty.. beside this, the owner opened the door for us and they were nice. but the conditions could be better for the price paid

smelled of damp. Had no signal to the tv. shower head was broken. extremely steep stairs heading to a very small room with low ceiling. I am 5ft4 and my head was touching it. lights were not working in ground floor bedroom and shower .
