Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El edificio es antiguo pero el apartamento está reformado. Es un primero sin ascensor.

Si te gusta la tranquilidad este NO es para ti. El portal está junto a la entrada de LX Factory por lo que hay bastante ajetreo por la zona de gente así como el continuo paso de aviones.

El apartmento está bien ubicado, dispone de todas las comodides, es un primero sin ascensor, se puede aparcar facilmente por la zona gratuitamente. este muy cerca de paradas de autobus y tranvia

al estar ubicado junto al LX Factory, tanto por la noche los transeúntes como por la mañana los proveedores se escuchan, ya que en Julio teniamos las ventanas abiertas por el calor, no dispone de aire acondicionado

Very helpful and kind hosts. The apartment was spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Shower room was hotel standard, with a very nice shower and loads of hot water. WiFi was good in all areas. Supermarket around the corner, bars and restaurants on the doorstop.

In the evenings there was a bit of noise (live music) from the bar next door BUT it finished by 10pm or so and after that it was nice and quiet.
