Upscale & Trendy flat in the Center

Location is great, comfortable nest in the heart of the city. Great for exploring the city.

Noise. Even if the soundproofing is great and you do not get disturbed by outside noise, the adjacent building is under construction and works start at 7AM sharp. We got woken up by tumbling rocks and building shaking, drilling, hammering etc. Also doors are not soundproofed so you get the footstep noises, chatter and door slamming. Also, internet is not working.

Location very central, close to metro, bus and tram. Easy to get here.

Not spacios as expected. Be ready to take your bag manually though it's on 2nd flr.

Great location at the heart of Baixa. Clean and well equipped apartman.

Some mention the bathroom door in their reviews. It's still not closing properly, but I don't see this as an issue as it's a small studio type apartment. Mostly for couples, so why would you want to lock the bathroom? There is also the electric water pump (or something similar) below the sink, which makes some noise from time to time, but it won't be an issue if you are sleeping deep.

The apartment has a great location and it has a really nice atmosphere! It was very easy to get there and go for sightseeing from that spot. We enjoyed the balcony and the view of the trams and christmas lights :) Host communicated well.

The air in the flat was not so freshy.

Location was impeccable, bed was comfy and the whole apartment was very aesthetically pleasing.

The AC was dodgy and kept blasting warm air when it was on 17°
