No other clients -so no need to queue to collect key

The reception desk is just about 4 minutes walk from apartment but when contacted previously they were unable to help with parking place recommendations. Due to traffic restrictions and one way system in the streets around the appartment, it meant having to drive for 15-20 extra minutes round central Lisbon. Hilly street to walk up from Av Liberdade, (and uneven pavement) unsuitable for people with mobility issues

Great location, the apartment is very well equipped, instructions that we got for the appliances and furniture are very useful.

The number of towels for three people was not enough.
