Bedrooms could have AC as it gets too hot if windows are closed (mosquitoes at night) Else wonderful stay.

At 3:00 PM, the apartment was still not ready. When we arrived, the host called us and asked us to leave the apartment for another two hours so that the cleaners, who had arrived late, could finish cleaning the property. We had just completed a 12-hour flight that morning and were exhausted. It is very difficult to maintain a positive attitude when faced with such irresponsibility and lack of preparation. We believe it was entirely reasonable to request a refund for that specific day, as we were unable to use the accommodation as agreed. Unfortunately, our request has been completely ignored, and we have received no response.

The location is good if you don’t want to be in the thick of things downtown-which we didn’t. The LX Factory next door is great, the train is super handy, there is free street parking.

The bed was not comfortable, and there was only one pillow per person and they were super flat. Everyone had trouble sleeping for the three nights we were there. The street can also be loud, but you should expect that in a city.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en frente tiene la parada del bus y el tranvía. También tiende cerca dos grandes supermercados y un parking para dejar el coche. Los anfitriones son muy amables.

En el baño que está en la entrada huele mucho a cañería y además la ducha no desagua bien. La limpieza se podría mejorar.
