beautiful location and the hosts were very communicative. The apartment had wonderful views and was close to many restaurants and shops. it accomidated 6 people easily (3 couples) and we were also gifted a bottle of wine and sardines andc crackers!

Rodrigo met us at the property to give us an overview of the beautiful apartment and gave wonderful recommendations for the neighborhood. The hosts were very accessible and responsive to the what’s app group text.

The apartment was very nice. Rita met us on arrival and gave us the tour and provided helpful tips and suggestions throughout our stay. Location was great - uphill and lots of stairs ... but that's Lisbon.

Considero esse apartamento um achado em Lisboa. A localização é excelente, no bairro da Graça, um lugar bem típico de Lisboa, com seus becos, ladeiras e escadarias, o lugar perfeito para caminhar sem rumo e descobrir os segredos do bairro. O apartamento está a 5 minutos a pé do largo da Graça, onde há boa oferta de supermercados, padarias e farmácia. Bem na frente há um ponto do famoso Elétrico 28, e é possível caminhar até a Praça do Comércio se quiser. Nós estávamos de carro, e havia um bom estacionamento a 5 minutos caminhando, mas não tivemos problema em encontrar vaga na rua bem próximo ao apartamento, então se você estiver de carro, a falta de um estacionamento no edifício é facilmente contornável. O apartamento em si é excelente, tem uma decoração com muito bom gosto, são dois banheiros completos, cozinha completa, e 3 quartos confortáveis, e a sala de estar tornava os momentos de refeições muito agradável. Nós estávamos em 2 casais e uma criança, e todos dormiram muito bem. O nível de profissionalismo dos anfitriões é altíssimo, mantendo um canal de comunicação aberto e respondendo às nossas mensagens rapidamente, e foram bastante claros e prestativos na hora do check-in. O manual de boas-vindas do apartamento é muito detalhado. Recomendamos fortemente não somente o apartamento, mas também os anfitriões.

The owner was so helpful and kind. Went out of his way to make sure our stay was a great one, Even suggested a great dinner spot and made us a reservation.

Fantastic location. The communication from the hosts was absolutely superb. And the welcome was amazing, which gave us a chance to ask lots of questions and find out more about the area. Rodrigo and Rita were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I have no negatives personally. But you may want to bear in mind there are a lot of steps up to the apartment which was fine for us but could be difficult for elderly or infirm people.

Spacious, great location, beautiful building and a well cared for property. Restaurants are a small stroll up the hill, great cafe down the hill on the right, tram out the front. Perfect Lisbon experience. Property managers provide heaps of information about local sites, restaurants, etc. They were very helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and snacks. What a pleasant surprise.

Nothing. I saw that others mentioned the stairs, but after a day of Lisbon it doesn’t seem like much and it was worth it.
