STUPENDO-One room concept-Center-Air conditioning

This apartment is well styled and very clean. All the textiles were clean. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion is to add some cooking oil. The quality and of the furniture and textiles didn’t feel cheap. Nothing was broken or damaged. Overall I was very comfortable here.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors talking in the bedroom at night and people in the hallway. Not a huge deal for us, but I could see this bothering some people. Fortunately the street is otherwise very quiet. The other thing is that the apartment is new but didn’t seem to ventilate very well in the bathroom. Opening the windows and setting the ac to Dry mode seemed to help a bit. When we first arrived and used the sink and shower there was a terrible odor coming from the drain. Luckily we only smelled it the one night.

Zeer mooi en compleet appartement. Ruime slaapkamer met een goed bed. De keuken is compleet en uitgerust met alle apparatuur. Het appartement is voorzien van airconditioning tevens verwarming.

Perfekt ausgestattetes, modernes Appartement. Super freundliche Kommunikation, als uns verspätet einfiel, dass wir die Garage gerne nutzen wollten. Garage ist ein toller Service. Tolle Lage mitten im Stadtteil in U-Bahn-Nähe. Sehr gute Klimatisierung.

super comfortable beds! big space that felt like home away from home. appliances all worked well and was very nice to have a washer and dryer within the unit. felt safe in the neighbourhood and close to the metro.

more laundry pods (e.g one per day) would be very useful

Le check in et le check out se fait de manière autonome. C'est un avantage pour ceux qui arrivent tard le soir. L'entrée est à code et la porte de l'appartement également. Pas besoin de clefs donc pas de perte. 👍🏾 L'emplacement est parfait, il y a des épiceries, des pharmacies, des coiffeurs, des restaurants typiques ou non, l'aéroport et la ligne de metro à 5 min à pied. ✨️. La disponibilité du propriétaire par message est superbe.

La porte de l'appartement n'est pas isolée. Lorsque les voisins (vacanciers) rentrent tard le soir, nous les entendons comme s'ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre. Il y a un bruit rythmé et perpétuel dans l'appartement, je n'ai pas trouvé la provenance, mais lorsque l'on s'en rend compte, on ne peut plus l'oublier.
