Great Apartment in Meo Arena and Fil

The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfy bedrooms and the two bathrooms, it was a much better choice than a hotel room for an extended stay of my family. And the place is beautifully decorated with many art pieces and designer furniture, which really set it apart and made the stay more enjoyable. The host was very gracious and welcoming, as well.

At times it was a bit noisy because of the trains.

O lugar é muito espaçoso, bonito, bem arrumado. O prédio é limpo, bem localizado, com pouco barulho. Precisamos de alguns ajustes na reserva e fomos muito bem atendidos pela proprietária, que nos ajudou prontamente.

Como todo apartamento disponível para aluguel, dependente do número de pessoas, o valor aumenta, afinal, o consumo também aumenta. No entanto, o aluguel continua sendo do espaço como um todo. Não está descrito no anúncio, porém vale a nota de que, se forem duas pessoas, eles disponibilizam apenas um dos quartos. Além disso, a pia da suite estava quebrada, quebrou dias antes de chegarmos, porém, imprevistos acontecem e isso não foi um problema muito grande.

The location was perfect for going anywhere in Lisbon. The bus and train station were 5mins away. The airport, less than 10mins away. Shopping centre was less than 10mins away. The host was fantastic, giving clear instructions on key collection and also a lot of information about the place. The place itself is packed with all the necessary items for a short stay - washing machine, cooking utilities and coffee and etc. I highly recommend this place.
