Parking is for a small car at best so I had to pay for parking elsewhere. Might as not even have a pillow because what you do have is horrible. The shower curtain is by far a huge nuisance. It sticks to you when you take a shower. Staff is unresponsive.

I have to Pay extra as i am unable to Park my Car, It is mentioned in the description that they have a parking place. It was very difficult and was not good that the owner didnt helped to sort the part=king issue.

It was clean and spacious. Apartment was is a great location. Instructions were clear.

It was a bit noisy from the cars but it became quite around 10 pm

I rarely find myself so compelled to write a negative review, but our recent stay at this apartment in Lisbon was an utter disaster that left us both physically uncomfortable and mentally distressed. I cannot emphasize enough how poorly managed this place is and why it should be your last option. From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were hit by an overpowering, nauseating smell of naphthalene. There was a locked room from which the stench was emanating. After some research, we found out that mothballs and products containing naphthalene have been banned within the EU since 2008 due to their health risks. So, not only was the smell unbearable, but it also raised questions about the legality and safety of the apartment. As if that wasn't enough, we had a horrifying experience with bedbugs. One of us woke up badly bitten and with a severe allergic reaction. Thankfully, we didn't require medical assistance, but it was a close call. To those who manage this property, how can you knowingly put guests at risk like this? The customer service experience was equally disappointing. When we complained, some arrogant woman claiming to be the "CEO" seemed to imply that we were just fussy and didn't like the apartment. Well, of course, we didn't! Nobody signs up for a vacation to be subjected to harmful chemicals and bedbug bites. We were fortunate that Booking.com intervened and made sure we got a refund for our unused nights. So, thank you, Booking.com, for providing some relief in this nightmare scenario. This apartment ruined what should have been a wonderful vacation in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you care about your health and well-being, I strongly advise against booking this apartment. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Very good location. The instructions on how to pick up the keys are very clear. Nice apartment.

The size of the car is very important for the car garage-elevator. It is only suitable for small machines.
