Posizione centralissima e molto bello l appartamento, con due bagni e due camere.

La pulizia era scadente, abbiamo trovato cibo in terrazza dei precedenti inquilini e spostando il divano sotto era molto sporco. L appartamento non era dotato del minimo essenziale per poter cucinare (sale, zucchero) e nemmeno del minimo di kit di benvenuto come delle capsule di caffè. Attenzione che l’appartamento è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore (non funzionava).

Location, comfort, heating/cooling.

Small amount of maintenance would have made it great. Nothing major, just loose tap, toilet roll holder, soap holder in shower. Some noise from rowdy partiers, but not too bad.

great location, great apartment, but missing basic things in the kitchen ,like soup., sponge, etc. besides no water to drink, no coffee...

"A lovely central apartment let down by no air con!"

The location was great and the apartment clean and spacious. 2 bathrooms were a bonus.

No air con' or fans! These are essential in the summer and without them meant sleepless nights due to the discomfort of being too hot!!
