Appartamento accogliente per due persone, un pò piccolo per quattro, quanti eravamo noi, ma ci siamo comunque accomodati. Bagno bello e pulito, la camera era aerata e illuminata da finestra altezza marciapiede (essendo appartamento al piano interrato), quindi non possibile l’apertura se non ad anta ribalta. Presente la macchina del caffè con cialde e lavastoviglie con pastiglie!

La comunicazione, al momento di necessità, specialmente all’arrivo, poco presente, arrivata sempre tardi rispetto alla richiesta. Zona cottura pochissimo fornita di stoviglie per mangiare, specialmente per quattro persone. Si consiglia di aumentare anche il pentolame, in quanto non vi era un pentolino e un tegame, ma solo due pentole molto grandi.

Estaba todo muy organizado y limpio. Cerca del metro, tranvía y de supermercados como Lidl para poder organizar todo bien. Bien ubicado, bastante fresquito (algo bueno porque fuimos en verano) y parece bien preparado para el invierno. Hemos ido mi marido, mis dos hijos y yo y hemos estado muy a gusto.

Quizás falta algo de menaje en la cocina. No hay microondas pero si hubiera algún cazo más para calentar la leche por ejemplo no estaría mal. Quizás un tostador también estaría bien.

El apartamento está muy bonito, decoración muy agradable. Está en una zona tranquila a 30 minutos andando de la Plaza de la Figuera y Baixa. Tiene comercio cerca y restaurantes alrededor

La cama me dió la sensación que estaba algo inclinada.

Very clean and very nice apartment

Location isn't ideal but can't complain

The interior design and the location are really nice! You can get to any major tourist attraction on foot while enjoying a stay in a calm area with good shops and restaurants nearby. Plus,, you can always find a parking spot.

The place is in need of maintenance. It's liveable but not comfortable. There is mould everywhere on the walls, some furtniture is broken or at least dangerous, the main entrance door is so noisy that you hear it like 100 times a day, the locks were really difficult to open and impossible to lock, the bed made our neck hurt every single morning, the terrace is literally filled with bird poop etc.

It is pretty nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Not too far away from the city Center (25 minutes on foot). From the street side it is located below ground floor but on the other side it is higher :-) Finding a parking spot on the street may be at least challenging. My wife and her cousin were saying that there was some smell in the apartment but I did not smell anything.

Good location and well-maintained apartment with not bad repairs

First of all, I didn't like the problems with electricity. It was necessary to constantly think about how many electrical devices work at the same time. For example, if the kettle and the stove were on at the same time, this inevitably led to the circuit breaker in the switchboard tripping. It is quite cold in Lisbon at this time of year and, of course, we used the electric heaters that were in the apartment. Of course, this led to even more problems with the circuit breaker in the switchboard tripping. It should also be said that there were no basic things in the apartment such as salt, sugar, not to mention tea. An old sponge was left for washing dishes, which probably had already survived more than a dozen visitors. It should also be said that these apartments are actually in the basement, the tiled floors are very cold. However, the owner of the apartment did`t consider it necessary to provide even the cheapest disposable slippers.
