Apartamento bastante espaçoso ideal para família grande, cozinha com o necessário para o dia a dia

Schöne WHG, gut gelegen und sehr komfortabel, die Kommunikation für check-in verläuft sehr einfach und reibungslos

Man muss einfach beachten, dass ein Schlafzimmer zur strasse raus geht... Und zwei Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster sind, aber insgesamt sehr sehr schöne WHG

Nuno was great . Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was great for exploring the city. Italian restaurant next door was excellent 👌

Front bedroom was noisy particularly because the door to the balcony didn't shut properly. The metro underneath the building was noisy but we did get used to this .

The apartment was nice, clean, and well located. However, what happened after checkout was extremely upsetting. We were accused of damaging a toilet base, something we absolutely did not do. There were four of us, including elderly parents and a pregnant guest, and we only used the apartment to sleep, since we spent the entire day on sightseeing tours. The property attempted to charge us €259 (about 41% of the total booking value) for this supposed damage, without any evidence that it happened during our stay. The crack shown in their photo is consistent with installation or structural issues, not normal guest use. What worries me even more is that a toilet in this condition could have caused a serious accident. If someone had been injured due to a pre-existing structural problem, how would the company have reacted? Instead of focusing on guest safety, they chose to blame guests for something we had no involvement in. I also noticed that other guests have reported similar situations publicly, which raises additional concerns about how these cases are handled. This was a deeply unfair and stressful experience that completely overshadowed what initially seemed like a good stay. I do not recommend this company.
