La ubicación era excepcional, a pasos del funicular da Glória (que no funcionaba por el accidente) y de la estación Rossio, desde donde salen trenes a Sintra. Allí mismo pasan buses turísticos hop-on hop-off, metro y cerca también el tranvía, lo que permite llegar a todos lados. La vista desde el departamento era magnífica y, gracias al aislamiento de los vidrios, sin ruidos. Mucha tecnología (luces, aire acondicionado) y gran calidad en todo: decoración excelente, todo parecía nuevo. Muy espacioso, con dos baños cómodos (uno con bidet), ducha amplia y de calidad. Suficiente espacio de guardado en placares y cajoneras. Buen televisor con proyección remota desde el celular. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada: cafetera Nespresso con cápsulas, horno, lavavajillas, pava eléctrica, utensilios, copas y muy buen lavarropas. Además, toallero térmico excelente. El edificio es hermoso y casi todo el día hay seguridad. Excelcional The location was truly exceptional, just steps from the Glória funicular (not working due to the accident) and Rossio station, where trains depart to Sintra. Hop-on hop-off buses stop right there, as well as the metro, and the tram is a short walk away, making it easy to get everywhere. The view from the apartment was magnificent and, thanks to the insulated windows, completely quiet. Plenty of technology (lights, air conditioning) and excellent quality throughout: great décor, everything looked new. Very spacious, with two comfortable bathrooms (one with bidet), large high-quality showers. Lots of storage in closets and drawers. Good TV with remote projection from the phone. The kitchen was perfectly equipped: Nespresso with capsules, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, utensils, glasses, and a very good washing machine. Plus, an excellent heated towel rack. The building itself is beautiful, with security almost all day long

Lo único menos positivo fue el depósito requerido, que resultó un poco alto y deja siempre la incertidumbre de si será reintegrado a tiempo. El plazo de 14 días parece excesivo y puede generar la incomodidad de tener que cubrir el gasto con la tarjeta de crédito y esperar al proximo resumen para ver reflejado el credito. Particularmente incómodo para quienes no vivimos en países de la zona euro ni bajo las mismas regulaciones tributarias. The only less positive aspect was the required deposit, which felt a bit high and always leaves some uncertainty about whether it will be refunded on time. The 14-day period seems excessive and may cause the inconvenience of having to cover the expense with a credit card and wait a month till the next to be refunded accredited. Particularly uncomfortable for those who do not live in euro-zone countries or under the same tax regulations.

Before the check in I asked if I could get an invoice and the answer was "you will get it after the check out". After 3 weeks I still didn't get the invoice and they aren't answering my messages anymore. So a big minus for the attitude and the intentional delay. It was better if they said NO from the begining. We arrived at 3 o clock and the room was not cleaned yet. The maid came at 4, so we accepted to leave the luggage and wait outside from 3 to 5 p.m. Again the lack of respect for the customer.
