"Great apartment in great location"

The apartment is in a great location. Close to metro station and many restaurants and bars. Excellent facilities and the multiple showers made it great for 6 people staying. Communication was clear and timely.

Some instructions for tv might have been good.

"Perfect for us!"

Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment in a great location. Bright rooms with high ceilings, lovely old wooden floors and Portuguese-style wall decorations. The host sent us excellent instructions before our arrival.

"Great location. Great view. Plenty of space. I would stay here again in the future."

Location was excellent. There was a nice view of the city and river from both the master bedroom and the lounge room.

Showers could do with an update although it was nice to have a choice of 4. Only a very minor issue though as the shower and bathrooms were very functional.

Location was perfect. Close to plenty of restaurants, bars and some shops. It was not too much of a stroll to get to some sights and the major shopping streets. The property was a great size for the 6 of us. good sized bedrooms and the lounge area was great. 2 bathrooms also made mornings much easier.

Nothing that I can think of. The apartment was as described and centrally located.

"Manager is Unprofessional"

The Manager totally blew us off. Good communication up until the day of arrival then we show up at agreed time no one there. Texted and called numerous times no reply. Almost 4 hours of waiting it was resolved by getting another place through booking.com. I wouldn't trust this manager. She never did write us to apologize.

"Beautiful and roomy apartment in a great location."

Loved this apartment. It was so spacious for our group of 5. It had everything we needed and was in a great location…felt very authentic at the same time as being very central. Loved the views and the beautiful building. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lisbon.
