Location was very central, easy to get to Rossio station. Loved the balconies and the view! The decorations were great and we appreciated having air control in each bedroom. Really nice rain shower.
There was a very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom sink, and the shower clogged the last two days, so there are drainage issues. We were only provided two bath towels for four people. We made it work, but the hosts insisted that since we had two hand towels in addition to the bath towels we were fine. We had informed them four people were coming but our official reservation said two, so they refused to bring more. We reached out to booking.com to correct the number of guests, but it didn’t get fixed and by that time we’d worked out a system to share towels. It soured the experience, however.
