Canarios Apartments Cardal - I

+walkable distance to most of Lisbon’s attractions. +the staff provided a nice summary of the apartment and locations which was sweet of them. +the apartment had make-up remover and cotton pads which I have not seen in many apartments. +the hairdryer was powerful and nice for a long hair. +there was enough complementary coffee provided for the two of us for 3 mornings which was great! +the bathroom was super nice and specious.

-it was the hottest day ever recorded in Lisbon and not having an air-conditioning really made sleeping difficult. -opening the window from the bedroom brings in a lot of hungry mosquitos - bring a spray! -the bedroom is immediately in the street so even though the street is a small side street with not that much traffic - any noise on the street is like they are with you in the apartment. So bring ear plugs.

It is a nice apartment on a relatively quiet street. The only noise we heard were people walking up the street after their night out. It is on a steep, cobbled street so keep that in mind re: mobility. The kitchen was well outfitted, the bathroom and shower were very good and the sitting area was comfy.

There is no A/C and no fan. As a result we slept with windows open and it was a little noisier. Luckily it cooled at night but in the heat of summer this would be difficult.

Nice and close to most attractions. Big hill up to the apartment.

Night time can be quite noisy with neighbours coming home on motorcycles etc.

Clean, close to amenities, good bars, good food!!

It could be a bit noisy outside at times, but nothing too crazy that you wouldn’t expect from any city centre

Great flat in Lisbon. Stylish, there is plenty of space. Good location, we walked to the centre. There is a kettle, pot, pan, oil, condiments. It was clean. Good wifi. Highly recommend.

Noise from neighbour walking and people speaking loud passing the street and glasses trolley pushing at night. Taxi and uber had a hard time passing through the street as well.

Nice decoration, very comfortable and clean. It wasn't loud.
