Downtown Cozy Apartment

Great location and apartment. Everything was clean and as described.

It can get a bit noisy during the night. We heard neighbours upstairs moving furniture around midnight.

Great location to grocery store, bus, coffee shop, and Lisbon attractions!

1 key for unit! Door locks with key inside. 2 would have been nice but not a deal breaker ....

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and clean. Genuine-wood floor was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

The apartment was a bit noisy at night if windows were open. We could drop our luggage a few hours before official check-in, which was helpful, but we could not leave our luggage after check-out for the rest of the day, which was quite inconvenient. There should be some reliable arrangement to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. The only thing we could do for our luggage for the rest of the day was to find a private storage firm, move our luggage there and pay. Inconvenient and expensive.

Comfortable apartment in the center of Lisbon. Nothing beats the location. Exemplary cleanliness, easy self check in, hosts easy to contact via Whatsapp.

Unfortunately I can't give it a 10, although I would have liked to. There is one problem with this apartment, also reported by other travelers: unusual noises coming from the apartment above: banging, noises as if furniture is being dragged across the floors. The noises persist until late at night and resume in the early hours of the morning. It is impossible to sleep without earplugs or headphones. It's not the hosts' fault, I know, but for the price charged for the apartment, travelers expect to rest. Another suggestion: that very comfortable bed deserves other pillows. Please change the pillows, they are terrible.
