The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was also super communicative and checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed.

Not related to the apartment itself, but the location was a little farther than expected from the Rato subway station (mostly because it was an uphill walk to the apartment).

Mauricio is a very conscious and carefull owner of the flat. He really took care that everything is iok and we have a nice stay in Lisbon. In the area you can experience how people in Lisbon live. There are plento small shops fr food and cafees as well as restaurants. Few minutes footwalk to Metro or bus station ensure good connection into the city if Lisbon and its sights.

Luxuriously furnished accommodation, very clean. Very pleasant and caring owner. We definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Mauricio!

I would only recommend adding a mirror outside the bathroom as well. But that's just a recommendation.

I had a wonderful time at Mauricio place, I stayed there for 5 nights, and really felt at home. Mauricio is a super host and was really nice, helped me with everything I needed. The Metro station is not far away, and the neighborhood near by makes it more special area to be. Would definitely come back!

This must be the best-equipped apartment I have stayed in in a long list of travel destinations in Europe. The kind and helpful host awaited me at the premises and gave clear instructions for the apartment (including links to self-made problem solving clips) and practical tips on the neighborhood. The location is outside the main tourist area - which I personally considered an advantage - yet everything is within easy reach by foot or public transportation.

If I were pressed to name one thing, I would say that the apartment, as so many hotel rooms, lacks the local flavor that some tourists might be looking for.

Mauricio, the host, was really nice and helpful. We arrived a bit later than planned, but he accommodated our request and met us at the apartment to show us around. He also sent us a map of the area with recommended restaurants, location of supermarkets and things to do. He was always available if we had any questions. The flat is modern, clean and nicely decorated. The blinds make it very dark at night and the beds are comfortable and help to have an amazing sleep.

Nothing at all

This is a very nice apartment near the center. Public transportation (metro and tram) is easily accessible and nearby. The area is very quiet and has some small supermarkets and coffee shops. Mauricio is an exceptional host and provides all necessary information to make the stay a pleasant and memorable one. He provided us with all the necessary assistance and help when we had to deal with an emergency medical issue. Highly recommended.
