Modern apartment with everything you will need. Friendly staff 🙂 , the sofa bed is very comfortable.

The apartment was very nice. It has everything you need for a stay. I appreciate the staff who were willing to help.

The small nuance was the lack of salt/pepper/oil to prepare food. It may be a problem for shorter stays when people don’t want to buy their own stuff. It wasn’t a problem for us because we’ve stayed for 3 weeks but keep this in mind.

Well fitted kitchen

Very poor bad in living room, poor windows, darkness in living room and kitchen - without windows...appartment is much smaller then advertised. Enough for two, for four persons disappointement.

This was a very nice updated apartment , very clean and comfortable. Lots of grocery stores and cafes around the area and only a 10 minute cab/Uber ride to the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The only bad thing was that the first flight of stairs was desperately in need of repair , the wood had rotted and it wa a big tripping hazard. Also the key for the apartment door needs to come with instructions it took us a while and a call to the caretaker to figure out how to unlock the door.

Lovely modern apartment. Great bed and sofa bed, beautifully clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped apartment. Fabio was really helpful and attentive. Highly recommended.

Neighbourhood is a bit further out so it takes a while to get into the centre - and it felt a bit edgy at night but as Bolt and Uber cars are so cheap we just got a cab home. No noise from traffic or planes which is a bonus!!

It is a modern apartment with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and enough room.

THE SMELL! As we've arrived there was a strong smell of canalisation/plumbing. It did not go away every after we kept windows fully open for few hours. We've complained about to our host who was very friendly and promised to move us to another apartment or send someone to fix it....but then nothing happened. In addition to that kitchen was under a layer of dust. We've stayed there 7 nights and paid about 700 EUR. Very disappointing 😞
