L’hôte était disponible par message sur whatsapp pour tout questionnement de notre part. Le logement ne ressemblait pas aux photos, nous étions surpris du bon coté. Il faut savoir que l’hôte dispose de 2 studios dans l’immeuble. L’emplacement du logement est bien lorsque tu disposes d’une voiture, je pense que même en transport c’est accessible. Pour se garer il y a des places c’est cool

Nous étions au RDC, nous n’avions qu’une fenêtre qui était dans la salle de bain, donc lorsque nous cuisinions c’était compliqué d’aérer. Dans l’annonce il me semble que ce n’était pas signalé qu’il y avait une caution de 200 euros, et puis la veille du départ l’hôte me dit que la caution est de 500 euros, nous n’avions pas payé cette somme car je pense que c’est inapproprié de prévenir à la dernière minute.

The shower was very bad plus the heating was controlled by owner so u have to contact him to be turned on

Please be aware that this place is not where it is advertised on the booking.com website. It is on the outskirts of Liege and not in the Centre like it shows on the map. It also costs €40 to cancel your booking even when booking.com has falsely advertised where this place is. If you don't mind travelling to the city centre, it's not a bad location but just be aware of this mistake. Also a €200 refundable deposit is part of the houserules. This place is basically an Airbnb.

Large and clean flat. Free parking place at the entrance of property. Very good value for money.

I didn't know about the 200 euro guarantee until the moment of arrival. It is true that they were returned on the day of departure, but still for budget travelers this temporary block can be an impediment.

Drug dealers outside the property meant we didn’t even stay here. Building next door was falling down and surprised this was even being listed by booking. Com

The cleanliness was fair, and we had a good dialogue with the host that were responding quickly.

Bad location, and far from the city center. The apartment is not situated in Liege, but in a miserable suburb. Very worn out home, and an incredibly bad indoor climate. A lot of noise from the neighbor, which were only worse due to the paper thin walls. Misleading location on booking.com's map, apparently placing it in the center of Liège.
