We arrived in the late afternoon after a 4-hour drive and discovered that there were no keys in the key box. As the owner was out of town, her husband came with a large set of keys; after trying many of them, he managed to open the door, only for us to find that the room was already occupied. Apparently, an elderly couple had taken the wrong set of keys and spent the night in our room. What I find unacceptable is that no one noticed, and the room had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival, as the cleaning staff would have immediately realized it was occupied. We had to explain the situation to the couple, who apologized and left. We requested that the room be cleaned and went to dinner while waiting. I explained the entire situation to the owner by phone and made it clear that this was unacceptable. Her response was: “As long as you can sleep there, you’ll be fine,” which was extremely upsetting. When we returned, the room had not been properly cleaned. Only the bed sheets were changed. The bathroom was dirty, with clipped nails on the floor, toothpaste residue in the sink, and even traces of feces in the toilet. The room itself is also very poor: it appears to be an office converted into a bedroom. The “double room” is simply divided by a thin partition with no real separation or privacy. The room smelled bad, the bathroom is outdated, and there are no power outlets near the beds, making it impossible to charge a phone. There was even a bedside lamp with no socket to plug it in. Given the situation and the dismissive attitude of the owner, we requested a free cancellation and left as soon as possible. STAY AWAY AND CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Klein en gehorig zowel geluiden uit de naastgelegen appartementen als het straatverkeer. Te weinig mogelijkheden voor verduistering waardoor het 's nachts licht was. Schoonmaak kan ook beter, keukeninventaris niet erg schoon. Geen waterkoker aanwezig. Host had aantal berichtjes gemist waardoor het wat langer duurde voordat we warm water hadden. Ze bood daarna wel uitgebreid haar excuses aan.

Location was just what we wanted. Close and walkable to everything. Very safe location and even a heavy gate that was nice, but would have felt secure without it. Our host was very responsive, but messages needed to be translated to english which was not a big deal. We would stay there again. Great for the price, but don't expect a 4 star hotel. Housekeepers were very polite and freindly the few times we saw them on our 9 night stay.

A slightly better equipped kitchen, but were provided a toaster and electric kettle when we asked for them.

Booking indique qu’il y a deux chambres mais c’est faux il n’y a qu’une seule pièce. 0 intimité. Pas confortable.

Muy céntrico, espacioso, bonito y muy cómodo.. Perfectamente equipado… Definitivamente próxima ocasión será nuestra 1er opción.. Muchas Gracias..🤗🤗

Que el parking estuviera compartido con la plaza y no fuera privado

Na poti po BCS je bil to najboljši apartma, kar sva jih imela. Tako kot na fotografijah. Lokacija blizu centra mesta, tudi do obale se gre lahko peš. Trgovina Let oddaljena samo en kvader. Vsekakor priporočam.

Loft was super clean, easy to find

There is literally no privacy, open panel rooms, restroom sliding door is light and doesn’t line up so there’s a noticeable open crack.
