Lucerne Apartment - near lion monument - by PAF

Great location, nice clean rooms with comfy beds.

Kitchen lights did not work. Some electric sockets were not EU compatible.

Location not too bad but still a good 15 min walk to the train station.

No blackout curtains and street lights shone through all night. Not enough toilet paper. Just 1.5 roll for 3 days and 5 people. No body wash provided. No milk in fridge.

Everything was just perfect! The stay is spacious, with all amenities and everything you can possibly ask for.

Close to historic centre of Lucerne easy walk everywhere.

The apartment was in a building with residents who did not appreciate tourists there in fact some were quite aggressive. The room smelt weird and the other part of our group who has booked a similar apartment were changed at the last minute from a 5 bed apartment to one bed and sofa. Not a great experience.

Nothing much really except for the fact it was close to Coop store and The lion Monument.

Water supply in kitch was too slow, kitchen utensils were outdated. We were there for four nights but linen and towels were never changed.

The window of the main room of the apartment had only sheer curtain and didn't have the main curtain. Hence, there was no privacy for us, Moreover, due to the absence of main curtain, the street light next to the window kept our room lighted the whole night and as a consequence, we couldn't have sound sleep! Frustating experience!

Good location, ok value for money

Small and congested rooms, wifi barely worked 10% of the time. The self check in page had the wrong code listed for the lockbox so had to call the host. When we were checking out, the housekeeping crew were cleaning out the other apartment and when they saw us checking out, instead of waiting for us to go, they came in and started cleaning while we were still taking our luggage out

The apartment is easily reached by bus from train station. A short walking distance to the lake.

Very noisy apartment. There was a A/C that couldn't be turned on otherwise the electricity stop working (happened twice with us). Bathroom not well cleaned in the corners of the wall. Plus the bathroom has a window that faces the bedroom and every time someone goes to the bathroom during the night, the whole bedroom is illuminated. For the price we paid was not worth at all.
